INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRY:
1. Contest entry forms are available at the Cascade Co. Extension Service, Westgate Mall, 1807 3rd St. NW, Great Falls, MT 59404
2. Contest entry forms & recipes must be returned to the Cascade County Extension Office by Wednesday, July 25, 2007 to qualify for the contest.
3. Selected contestants for the Montana State Beef Cookoff will be notified prior to the contest for scheduling of preparation times.
PRIZES: Cash prizes awarded for 1st ($150), 2nd ($75), and 3rd place ($50).

March 12, 2007    Montana CattleWomen were at the Missouri River Break Day in Great Falls, giving demos and taste samples of the National Beef Cook-Off recipes, Blazin' Colorado Steaks, Blackstrap Steaks with Caramelized Onions, and Rise N'Shine Beef Ranchero Wraps .  They also gave out instructions on how to enter the 2007 National Beef Cook-Off to be held in Chicago.
